The Technique Junkies Shining Star Stencil was specifically created to be used with the Brightly Shining stamp, so pairing them to make a complete card makes creating easy! The stenciled stars were made using Diamond Chip Foil with Transfer Gel Duo - no heat necessary. The Brightly Shining stamp was heat embossed with silver. Everything was matted on mirrored cardstock to add extra shine! It is really lovely in person.
