Just Beautiful - but Drunk?

This is how I want to usher in old age! Drunk and Disorderly with my bestie - what could be better?

The  words from the Just Beautiful Stamp were masked off so the Drunk and Disorderly stamp could take its place. The background is Shimmering Bliss. My ladies were colored with Copic Markers.

New stamp celebration to ring in the new year!

Happy New Year! Today is Release Day at Technique Junkies and we have13 new stamps for you! As usual, the new stamps are 15% off through January 8th, so make sure to get your new stamps and your discount today!

First up, the Blooming Heart here was colored using the Kaisercraft Gel Pens (primarily using the Neon and Pastel Pens). The fun Happy Galentine's Day stamp was added - I am ready to send this to one of my galfriends:

Next up is a Dog is a Small Word card. I layered the new stamp over the Paws Stencil (colored with Aladine Diamonds):

Also for today I used the Elegant Poet Background with one of the Sentiments from the Lavender Friendship Sentiments Set:

Finally for today, I have the Kitty Love Background that was layered over an Ombre Inked background. The XOXO stamp is from the Love Your More Set (previously released):

Forest Pass

I am obsessed with the Winter Forest Pass stamp! I used it today with the "pass" as a trail; some of the TJ DT members made the pass a creek. Both look amazing! I paired mine with the In the woods stamp and used the Big Cracks stamp in the background. Colored with Copic Markers.

Appreciate the Journey

I think this Big Cracks stamp is so versatile - it is a wonderful background to add interest to a card without taking away from the focal image. Catherine Pooler ink was blended over the silver-embossed Big Cracks stamp resulting in a lovely backdrop for the Appreciate the Journey focal image. I have a little bit of artwork to show you today, too.!

First up, I am using the Music Speaks stamp with some previously released stamps (Treble Clef, Vintage Music and The Jazz Singer). I love this sentiment!

Next I used Catherine Pooler Inks for the Night Sky Background, combined with the Warmest Wishes Sentiment, for this pretty winter scene:

And finally for me today, I have the Ephemera Collage background with the previously released Write Your Own Story stamp:

October 2021 new stamps

Today is October 1st and we have 15 new stamps for you! Our theme is Christmas and Winter Holidays this month and we have some gorgeous stamps for you. As usual, the new stamps are 15% off through October 8th. Simply add them to your shopping cart and the discount will be applied automatically.

Before I show you some of the artwork I created, I wanted to remind you that the TJ Design Team has an inspiration tour with their artwork. The links are below my art.

Here are some cards to inspire you:

First up, I have the Christmas Frame stamp and one of the stamps from the Light of Faith Sentiment set. The Christmas Frame stamp was designed to be used both vertically and horizontally - as were the sentiments - so all of the sentiments will fit into the frame.

This card uses the Santa's Sleigh stamp with the Merry Christmas to All sentiment. So easy to use - they are perfect together!

Finally for today, I used the Vintage Ornaments with one of the Light of Faith sentiments for this creation. Note that I colored in the Merry Christmas on the big ornament so that it didn't "compete" with the main sentiment stamp.

September 2021 TJ Stamp Release

Today is September 1st and we have 15 new stamps for you! We have plenty of Autumn and Halloween Stamps for our fall collection. As usual, the stamps in the September 2021 New Release Collection are 15% off through September 8th.

Our design team has an Inspiration tour with our collection of blogs, showing a preview of how they have used the stamps this month. The links are below my artwork.

First off, is a simple card using the new Scary Skull stamp. This was simply inked with two colors before stamping. It is Frighteningly simple!

Next up is the Hang your Broom stamp used over an ink blended Shards Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs.

Finally today, is the Bloody Handprint stamp combined with the new Bloody Halloween stamp.
