I wish you could see how this sparkles in person! I used the Itoh Peonies background and brayered ink over the top - then I spread Pearly IZINK Diamonds 24 Carats from Aladine over the whole piece. The shimmer is amazing!! The best part is that the glitter stays in place, too. Everything available from Technique Junkies.
