The Shimmer Glimmer Sparkle and Shine CD contains 40 tutorials and 5 primers featuring techniques using glitter, glimmer mists, foils, stickles and all things that shine and shimmer. I partnered with the fabulous Jane Bosi to create the CD -- Jane not only is a great designer, but she has wonderfully creative ideas and she writes a mean tutorial! We all benefit from her creative muse on this CD.
I chose to make two glitter techniques today. I wanted to make a few things that I didn't get a chance to make samples for when we were preparing the CD, so I chose two from designer Jane Bosi. The first one uses the Glitter Strips Technique:
