Blogger's Challenge: Falling for You

Today's Blogger's Challenge was "Falling for You." I chose to take the suggested theme literally and make a fall-themed card. In keeping with the Technique Blitz this month, I used the Punched Through Technique from the Ribbon Extravaganza in the October 2008 issue of the Technique Junkie Newsletter. All stamps are from Firecracker Designs by Pamela.

Happy fall!

So lovely Pat! I must admit, I didn't give the technique a second look when I was perusing on-line, but your card is really great! I may have to go back and relook. ;D

I love the colors and this has given me the impetus to use some of my misc. ribbon scraps! Did you layer some rust-colored card underneath the green? Or did you use a marker to provide highlights? tfs

oooh, Lovely! You have been very clever in your use of ribbon lately! thanks for the inspiration!

Hey Pat....love your card. You did a great job with all the color choices and cs. I jointed the Technique Junkies just recently, mailed to my home but have only received my first several past newsletters and nothing since. I am a bit worried that I have not gotten anything for Sept. or Oct. Could you please check. I can not email you for some reason. Thanks.
