Technique Junkies March 2021 New Stamp Release

 

Today is March first - Release day at Technique Junkies! This month we have 15 new stamps for you, and a little online celebration of the new stamps. All of the March stamps are 15% off through March 8th, too! Here is the Gotta Have it all Bundle, and a little preview of the new stamps:

February 2021 New Stamp Release Celebration

 Welcome! Today is February 1st and we have 16 new stamps for you at Technique Junkies. We have 4 new Alice in Wonderland Stamps and 12 other stamps. I have these broken down in TWO bundles. First bundle 1: the 12 non-Alice in Wonderland stamps:

Want to see some of the new stamps in action? First I have the Poppy Arrangement, which was colored with Copic Markers. The sentiment is from the With Sympathy set (previously released).

Next up, we have a little entertainment theme going on. This Popcorn stamp, combined with one of the sentiments from the Go to the Movies Set, is definitely a favorite of mine!

Next up, the Dodo image from the Alice in Wonderland stamps is a ton of fun! I paired my Dodo with one of the sentiments from the Alice in Wonderland Quotations (previously released):

  

Next up is the Wine a Little stamp, with the Artistic Swipe Stamp behind it. The artistic swipe is great for adding a splash of color - one or more - in an easy way.

Next up is the All a Girl Needs stamp, which was layered over a Delicate Doodles Background (previously released). Both pieces were colored with Dragon's Blood, Wine Stain and Just Squeezed Shimmering Bliss. 

And finally, I have the A Little More You stamp, which was colored with Copic Markers and is layered over a Drizzle Dots Background (previously released).

February 2020 New Stamp Release

We are so pleased to have a gorgeous rubber stamp release for you this month at Technique Junkies! We have 14 new stamps, a ton of inspiration - and, of course, our monthly 15% discount on all the the New Stamps in the February Release Category through February 8th.

To celebrate, the TJ designers have banded together to show you what they made with the new stamps.  Check their links out below my artwork.

First up for me today is this simple creation using the Elegant Illusion background with the Best Things in Life focal image.  Simply stamped in black ink with the fern outlined in green pencil, this inspirational sentiment is wonderfully easy, allowing the sentiment itself to be the star.

Next is an elegant birthday card that uses the Particle Flow stamp - which really gives beautiful movement - with the More Fabulous stamp as the focal image:

Next I used the Your Own Magic stamp as the focal image for this card. I simply colored the peacock with  colored pencils. The background uses the Just a Bloom Stencil by A Colorful Life Designs that has had Shimmering Bliss sprayed through it for a soft, shimmery background.

Next up I have the You've Got This (Set of 2). I colored her with Pastel Pencils and layered her over an ink blended Mosaic Sun Stencil.

And finally today, it is no secret that I LOVE giraffes.  My Advice from a Giraffe stamp was layered over the Giraffe Print background. Both were stamped with a chocolate ink, with the giraffe lightly colored with pastel pencils.

September 2019 New Stamp Release!

I am so happy to share the new September 2019 stamps with you! We have 15 new stamps being released today, and I am happy to offer you 15% off the purchase of any of the new stamps. I was very inspired this month, and I will be sharing my work through out September. Here is a taste of what I have made:

The card above uses the Walk Through Fire stamp. This stamp is close to my heart, and the sentiment on it really resonated with me. The sentiment is inspirational and wonderful to celebrate people who have overcome the hardships of cancer (and now, heart disease, if colored in red). The main image was colored with Copic markers and the background uses the Ink Blended Stencils Technique (from this week's youtube video) with the Mosaic Path Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs. 

The world is a better place with our furry friends! Dogs have an unlimited capacity for love and friendship, and we would all be better if we had that same capacity! The background uses the Raining Love Stencil with Fuchsia and Rose Pastel IZINK Diamonds. I put a little of the Diamonds through the stencil on another piece of paper, then cut that out to put it in the center of the Hearts like Dogs image. My puppy was colored with Copic markers.

What would ANY of my releases be with some humorous stamps? I just couldn't resist this one! I used the Paw Prints Background (previously released) under the Many Paws image. I colored my cats with colored pencils. Don't we all know someone who collects cats who this would be perfect for?

This card uses the Tree Rings background. I colored the Tree Rings with Copic Markers, then sprayed over them with Mixed Metal Shimmering Bliss. The Blessings sentiment is from the Autumn Framed Sentiments set.

Finally, I have this Sweeter stamp...I see it as a birthday stamp for a very good friend! If nothing else, it will make you laugh. The background uses the Grunge Dots stencil and my lady was colored with Copic markers.

August 2019 New Release!

I'm so excited to be presenting the August 2019 New Release Stamps from Technique Junkies today! We have 15 new images that I think you will love. Some will inspire you, some will make you smile (maybe even laugh out loud) and hopefully all will ignite your creative muse.

All of the August 2019 new release stamps are 15% off through 8-8-19 - simply add them to your shopping cart and they will be reduced at checkout.

Ready to see some new things? 

First, I have this adorable stamp called Miss Ewe that I colored with pastel pencils.  The background of this piece is sprayed with Festive Flamingo  Shimmering Bliss through the Peacock Feathers Stencil (A Colorful Life Designs).

Next up is this uplifting card using the Revolution stamp.  I colored the image lightly with pastel pencils, and used an Ombre background with the (previously released) Texture Waves Background.

Next I have this lovely Desert Landscape Border card that uses the Grain of Sand stamp. The background was created using Dragon's Blood, Just Squeezed and Mindaro Shimmering Bliss. After the spray dried, I placed the Currents Stencil over the top and sprayed again with Gold Shimmering Bliss -- I love the way it looks like wind currents!

I love this lovely little stamp: Dreaming of Wings.  So sweet.  For my piece, I used colored pencils and layered it over the (previously released) Texture Nautilus stamp, which I colored with Aladine Dye Inks in Ocean and Mer du Sur direct-to-stamp:

I went a little "Retro" this month with the Back to School Background and the Back to School banner.  They are so cute and great for a teacher's card:

The most fun I had this month was with the Inside-Out, For the Girls (Set of 10).  This set has pairs of stamps -- one for the outside of your card, and one for the inside.They are definitely, absolutely reflective of my sense of humor - I hope you enjoy them!  Here is the stamp set:

 I used the frog from the (previously released) Wanna Have Sun Stamp, and paired her with the Big Wave sentiment above:

June Stamp Release and Celebration!

While many of the new stamps have a beach-ocean-sea motif, we have some other fun stamps, too! 

Ready for some art? I have quite a bit for you today, and yet is is only a sampling of what the new stamps.

First, the simplest! I simply swiped two colors of blue on the Nautical Doodles background and added a panel with the Enjoy Every Moment Stamp. So simple to make, but so summery/nautical!

Next, I have this fun card that uses the Do a Flip stamp. This stamp is close to my heart because I used a pictre of me and one of my sisters! Just looking at this makes me happy...  The background uses A Colorful Life Messy Diamond Grid stencil that was sprayed through with Harvest Sunset Shimmering Bliss Spray. The main image was colored with Colored Pencils.

Next up uses the Coral Reef Stamp, colored with colored pencils and topped  with the Saltwater Heals Everything Stamp. 

Next, I have this fun card using the Dolphin stamp paired with the Make a Splash sentiment. I colored the Dolphin with Copic Markers and layered the panel over a Mermaid Shimmering Bliss Sprayed background stamped with the new Whitecaps Background Stamp:

Here is a better look at how pretty and shimmery this card is:

One more beach card:

I have to say, I ADORE how this background turned out! I used Nautical blue Versfine Ink, on the Nautilus Mosaic Background, then I sprayed over that with Mindaro Shimmering Bliss. I lightly outlined each of the shell parts using a yellow Kaisercraft Glitter Gel Pen. The top panel uses the Beach More stamp, again colored with the Glitter Gel Pens.

And finally, I add one more card -- and since everything above definitely has a beachy slant, here is something for us Dog Lovers:

This card uses the Eat Play Love stamp - isn't it so cute? I colored it with Nuvo Glitter Markers and then layered over the Paw Prints Background (previously released). The whole piece was sprayed with Dazzle Shimmering Bliss to give it an over pearl shimmer.
