I recently participated in a card challenge to make a Halloween card using all Stampin' Up! stamps, and this is the card that I made for my partner. I think it just, well, ROCKS!The card uses the Designer Tile Technique from the August 2008 issue of the Technique Junkie Newsletter. I especially love this skull -- after stamping it I covered it with VersaMark, covered it with glittering translucent embossing powder, heat set it and cut it out. I love the shimmer of it! I have a close-up below. 
I hope my partner likes this card!
