Give Away a Day -- Day 6

Happy Anniversary, Technique Junkies! It is Give-Away, Day 6 and today we have some special stamps from Firecracker Designs by Pamela. The lucky winner of this give away will receive two beautiful clear acrylic stamp sets (each set is approximately 5" x 7"). Many thanks to Pamela for her beautiful stamp sets.

Today's eye candy was made using Firecracker Designs by Pamela stamps. The background is the Cling and Scrunch Technique from the June 2006 of the Technique Junkie Newsletter, and the gold/orange areas are the Cotton Color Technique from the April Issue of the newsletter. It's not easy to see, but the butterfly and rose are colored with markers directly on the Cotton Color, then covered with diamond glaze to give it shine and dimension. Another technique: Poppin' Rub-ons, was used to highlight the words.

I guess when you have nearly 400 technique under your belt, it is hard not to use them, huh? : ) Dorry about the not-so-great picture -- this is a very pretty card in person.

To enter the giveaway for today, simply leave a comment on this blog entry telling me that you would like to enter by 11:59pm EST on Sunday, October 7th. No other entry methods will be included in the give away. When you leave the comment, make sure to put your NAME in the comment -- if you enter your comment as "Anonymous", I cannot give you the prize! Blogger does NOT record your email address for me, so you will need to check back to find out if you have won -- or include your email address in your comment so that I can notify you. I will have a random number generator pick a number from the comments to select the winner. Each give-away is separate, so to be eligible for a specific item you must enter that day's contest on the post where it is listed.
Check back every day during the month of October for the daily giveaway -- you can enter EVERY day! A fabulous Grand Prize will be offered on the last day of the month, too. Enter today -- good luck!
