Lucky Day 13 - It glitters!


Why says that 13 is unlucky? Today is absolutely a glittering day and you can share in it!  Today's card uses two Technique Junkie techniques: The leaves were colored using the Glitter Roll Technique  from the June/July 2011 issue and the Sanded Co'ordinations Technique from the Stampbooking CD.

After I made the card, I loved it so much I decided to use it as one of the TJ Make and Takes for the York Stamp Show this weekend!

    What a beautiful Fall card. Autumn is my favorite time of year, and the Fall colors are so rich and earthy. Add a little sparkle and you have a winner.
    It was so great seeing you Saturday at the York show and making the gorgeous make-and-take card that Judy Jackson was teaching. It was a fun day.

    I like this card better than the one you posted on the 15th. The patterned leaves against a patterned background were too busy for my taste. But...these glittery leaves are perfect! I am a sucker for glitter. I hope I win.
